Returns & Refunds Policy

Although we do thoroughly inspect every item before it is packed and shipped to you, if there are any damages or you are unhappy with your purchase, please let us know ASAP so we can help you.
Please note all returns MUST meet our requirements. We will happily refund your order if it is faulty.
Not happy with your purchase? Reach out to us and we’ll issue you with a store credit as we do not accept exchanges - we will cover the cost of returned shipping.
Please contact our team: email@example.com BEFORE returning an item. Any and all items that are returned without our approval will be discarded.
For returns we require items to be with the PO within 7 days of delivery in order to be eligible for a refund.
All returns post 7 days will be eligible for store credit only.
We ask that you thoroughly check over your purchases upon arrival and contact our team ASAP.
We will cover return shipping costs for damaged items.
Exchanges are not accepted.

Swimwear, bottles, hair accessories, tights, socks & underwear.
This means the item cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must be unworn, unopened (unless damaged or faulty), free of fragrances and odours, free of animal hair and damages.
